Hiring still runs on fragmented and unreliable information. Jobs stay online after they close, duplicate across platforms, and sit inside systems that are difficult to search, compare, and trust. Fursa starts with employer career pages as the source of truth.
We index jobs directly from company websites, structure live postings into clean data, and make the job market easier to search, understand, and act on.

boldefforts.comBackground
Before Fursa, I led corporate strategy at Emaar, working with executive teams on growth, international expansion, new ventures, and real estate innovation.
I have also worked on zero-to-one products across proptech, remote work infrastructure, blockchain gaming, mental health, and applied AI.
I studied engineering at IIT Bombay and business at IIM Ahmedabad.
Across my career, I have been drawn to systems at the edge of change: industries where old habits are breaking down, new tools are becoming possible, and the next operating model is still being formed.
That has taken me across real estate, work, hiring, consumer products, crypto, and AI. The common pattern has been the same: understand the system, find the broken incentives, and build something clearer.
Fursa is where that worldview is now concentrated: a bet that hiring can be rebuilt from cleaner source data upward.
