Hello! I believe we're on the cusp of a radical shift in the nature of work. That's why I founded Polynomial Studio, a product studio and holding company dedicated to building solutions for the global remote workforce.Remote work is accelerating rapidly, reshaping our society's economic and social fabric. This seismic shift in the manner in which we organize ourselves socially and economically will impact industries from real estate and mental health to climate, mobility, entertainment, and public policy.Our first product, Remote Roles - an AI-powered job portal, is designed to connect remote professionals with forward-thinking companies globally.Before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I led a team for a blockchain racing game and served as the strategy lead at Emaar Properties, optimizing business decisions across a $10B portfolio of real estate, retail, hospitality, and entertainment. My corporate strategy background has seen me lead pivotal projects at the crossroads of investment, growth, and innovation.Though my careers domains have been diverse, my mission has remained consistent: to be a change agent by providing the initial spark for new endeavors. I have always enjoyed bringing big ideas to life and taking ventures from 0 to 1. While my journey is unique and without a predefined roadmap, I'm dedicated to build a portfolio of products that shape the future of work and living.I am an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad, India’s top-ranked educational institutions. Outside work, I'm an avid reader, trader, gamer, and traveler, having visited 70+ countries.
